Crafted Closets Design
When it comes to closet design, I focus on what truly matters: longevity and functionality.
Longevity depends on quality materials and craftsmanship
I hand select the solid hardwood: maple, walnut, and oak
I use only cabinet grade plywoods: baltic birch and maple
All wood products are regional and sustainably harvested
Drawer runners are made in the USA
I use timeless woodworking techniques to craft my pieces
Therefore I’m able to offer a lifetime warranty.
Functionality stems from organization and simplicity
I take a minimalistic approach to ensure every element serves a clear function, creating spaces that feel organized and effortless to use daily.
Simplicity in design isn’t about being plain; it’s about being intentional and purposeful.
To enhance utility, I incorporate custom linear lighting, which adds warmth and practicality to the overall design.
I expose and celebrate the structural elements—clean lines, timeless woodcraft, and natural wood finishes.
I maximize every inch of space and every penny my client invests in their home.
My journey into closet design
-
Began with a relatable challenge: I couldn’t find a storage solution that truly worked for my home. I needed complete customization—knocking down walls, upgrading floors, adding lighting, and applying fresh paint. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed and built my own closet.
The result was a closet that not only solved my storage problem but also brought order and meaning to my daily life. I discovered that many people resonate with this approach to design, and now, I bring the same care and dedication to every closet I create. There’s profound satisfaction in transforming chaos into function, and I’m grateful to share that with my clients.
What started as a practical necessity quickly became something much deeper. That first project was a long, thoughtful process: I meticulously planned how to use every inch of space, researched materials, sought advice from experienced woodworkers and cabinet makers, and consulted designers. Through this journey, I developed my own design philosophy, rooted in utilitarian principles—functionality, simplicity, and longevity.
From my one-woman workshop, I aim to deliver more than just storage solutions. These are spaces designed to endure, to serve, and to reflect the unique rhythms of your life. Because a well-designed closet isn’t just a container for your belongings—it’s an extension of the order and beauty we strive for in our homes and in ourselves.
